I am Nicola, Nutritional Therapist and founder of True Food Nutrition. I help women in midlife regain energy, confidence and clarity around food especially when work, hormones and life’s demands start pulling in every direction. My approach combines nutritional science with practical lifestyle strategies to support focus, mood, and long-term wellbeing. There’s no restrictive dieting or complicated plans just realistic, sustainable changes that fit into a busy life. Working together, clients learn how to nourish their bodies, manage stress, and build healthy habits that leave them feeling balanced, resilient and back in control of their health.
