I run brush pen calligraphy and watercolour workshops around West Yorkshire, helping people slow down, unwind, and enjoy mindful creativity. I run a wellness business and am most recognised for running Sound Baths. Sand baths are my passion. They provide deep relaxation, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, ease pain, and help reduce all that brain chatter. I play regular Sound Baths in Baildon and Bingley. I also run floating sound baths in Todmorden and Whitworth. I’m available for hire and have a sound room in my house where I give one to ones. As well as this, I am a qualified Breathworks instructor and mindfulness teacher.
